Buy your own laundry equipment and hire Creative Laundry. We will
sell and install the equipment; design and remodel the laundry rooms; service
and maintain the equipment; collect and distribute the money.
You get all the benefits of ownership and all the services of having
a vendor.
OPTIONS
Install a credit card based smart card system and either purchase
the laundry equipment or lease it from CLS with full service. With
this system 100% of the gross is electronically deposited in your
account. Collection costs and theft losses are minimal.
The initial sale of “value” on the cards constitutes a
real bonus.
BEST SHORT TERM INCOME
Call the Mega-Laundry and negotiate a ten-year contract with open
coinage.
BEST VALUE IN A LEASE
Define the amount of income you want from the coin laundry and then evaluate
bids based on the quality of the installation, equipment, contract,
and renovation.
