We begin the support process with sales. We are always available
to answer questions. We also give hands on demonstrations of our
products to the entire owner/developer team from the Architects
and Engineers down to the Construction Company and on-site staff.
We offer the newest technology in laundry and know that the key
to satisfaction is knowing how these machines work and how they
are different.
The support continues after the sale with resident education. We
give an easy wash guide (a one page laminated instruction sheet)
with every machine. For some machines we also have instructional
videos and CD-ROMS that we give to each resident. Phone support
is our most used feature, again we are always available to answer
questions. We also make instructions and tips available here on
our website.
Long term support is handled in a number of ways. We offer some
of the fastest repair calls in the industry through our factory
authorized service centers or our own certified technicians. We
also offer something unique in multi-family housing, well
train your in-house engineering staff as warranty service providers.
That means an almost immediate response to any repair issues. All
of our servicers carry a stock of parts that we replenish as used
so you are never stuck waiting and more importantly your resident
is never waiting.
